Hi. I am SINP Applicant , my agent sent my packet to CIO and CIO received in Aug 2014, In sept, they sent email that they are processing . No news yet. I am still waiting for AOR> Can anyone tell whats the scenario behind going on

Thats a huge time, even applicant until 22 jan. 2015 who filled cases , they have got AOR...how many applications do you have with principal applicant? if you have one application then you need to call and give your UCI # and they ll write email to the officer responsible for your file!!! hope that ll help

Yes, I think July/August sounds about right. Reading through the other threads, it looks like, right now they are finishing up on May. And seems like, they are moving into June.
I'm end of August, so I'll probably wait the longest out of us

You should expect it around end of May or beginning of June 2015...for sure, guarantee

Could you please explain to me what is the difference between inland and outland applicants? I am in Ontario and I applied as Provincial Nominee. I received an email from CIO saying that my file has been sent to Visa office outside of Canada (in Europe). I can see here in the discussion that the only offices mentioned are Sydney and Ottawa. Do I miss anything? Am I considered an inland applicant? If yes, why my application has been sent to an office outside Canada?

A huge MISTAKE...
Try to contact operational supportingg office in ottawa or call cic directly...inland means you r inside canada and out means OUT...

so call them and explain otherwise , your pr ll take years to bring it back to process

Could you please let me know how I can contact Operational Supporting Office in Ottawa?

On cic website, PNP applications are consider "outside of Canada" right? That's why the file has been sent to the visa office. That's what cic call centre said. Anyway, if you can provide me with the contact of the office in Ottawa, I would appreciate that.
