PNP PR App Med done in July BOWP refused

So these amendments under employer-driven streams in BOWP applications (if these call center agents is to be believed) explains why I got a closed wp instead of open which is what I applied for, I made my online BOWP app. On december 21 2014 and on that same day it was confirmed received. I included on my application my nomination letter with no employment restrictions to make my case solid for an open work permit, but just today I received a closed wp valid for couple more years. I'm a bit dismayed but still grateful since April 1st is fast approaching, my cumulative 4yr limit.

seems to me that the best way to apply for a new WP is to flagpole.

The CIC applications can be very confusing and depending on who looks at the application they may just send it back as denied if you check the wrong box. Some may be lucky and the person reviewing it may just send out the WP that you should have applied even if you checked the box for the wrong one. So it all depends on who by the book the person looking at your application will be.

By driving to the border basically you just need the correct documentation. The agent will do the rest for you. I would always have as much as possible even if someone says you don't need it, if you have it or can get it then bring it.

So most people should request a letter of recommendation from the PNP office. Call your PNP to find out if they need anything from you for this.

Also have your employer do a Letter of Employment for you. And if you have your original offer of employment bring that too

If you already have an AOR also make sure you bring that too. Although there is a WP that you can get with a PNP nomination before you get your AOR.

Bring a copy of your current WP and one person even brought something with prof of funds. The prof of funds could be necessary if for some reason they deny your WP they may need prof you can support yourself if you have to quit your job.

I think what is confusing for many people is the difference between WP with or without an AOR and also depending on what your PNP certificate says. Everyone situation can be just a bit different so they type of WP they have to apply for can vary. This is why going to the border can save a lot of confusion.

I applied in last june 2014 and i got approved. i approved with ainp -nomination employer driven strem,I applied for open permit.My permit came as open but had restriction as ALBERTA NES .I applied after my medicals i included a cover letter stating the immigration law

i really need ur help dont forget to reply pls.
i have same thing no restriction on job but i need to work at alberta only.
so is it ok to change the job?
do i need to notify to cic about job change? or ainp?

or any other also can msg me...
my pr based on pnp(ainp). ainp certificate also said no job restriction but there is company name nd NOC code.
guys pls help me out
