Hello Everyone,

I am in dilemma. I have OINP Nomination for paper based application and on the other side my Express entry score is 423 points and in this July my points will be 436 for second year work experience, my work permit ends in March 2020 . Now what should I do should I go for Paper file federal which takes 20 months or express entry ?

Right now you need to have more than 450 points to be selected under EE. There is no guarantee it’s going to drop below 440 again. I would not count on EE.

No, that will not add 50 points to your profile.

It's possible to apply for both OINP paper-based and Express Entry at the same time, suppose you get an ITA.

So I should apply for both express entry with 436 points in July and federal of OINP right now right?

I heard from someone that if you go with Ontario waste water management certificate you get 50 points in express entry and I have bachelor in electronics engineering and diploma in electromechanical technician so I am confused

Only if you want to. No problem with going in the EE pool if you have the language exam and ECA. You have to pay for both applications if you do two parallel applications, and then only accept one that progresses farther sooner while withdrawing the other.

Certificates of qualification only apply to skilled trades. If you’d rather believe your other source, that’s your call.
