I had submitted my upfront medical before, not sure why they are asking again...

They asked me as well. I think its just for formality. Submit you report thru webform and it should be passed in a week or two.

I received MR today.
I had done my upfront medical in June 2021 and had sent them to IRCC through a webform. They even acknowledged receipt and confirmed that the results were added to my file. I see some other applicants have the same issue!

Process bar just counts the days since AR and calculates a proportion over 21 months. It seems there is no relation with the steps completed.
