Are you sure it's your TFN and not the AOR?

Yes, I just confirmed my case situation by webform last week cause I haven't got aor yet as my AR was Nov 2, Yesterday I responded that it is in queue and with a TFN.

I think it depends on case by case basis. For me, I couldn’t check ecas until the day after AOR. But for some people, they can even check both ecas and GCkey before AOR
