Yes, it's a generic document with some information for the future newcomer.

File got transferred on October
No updates since

Yes, on Dec 13 I noticed status to be updated although there was nothing awaiting after you click it

I am SINP OID applicant and I submitted my paper based application during November 2020. Till now i have not received AOR or TFN so far. Its been 14 months so far. Any idea when will I receive AOR from IRCC?

I am Outland. Bro i raised webform 4 5 times but received generic reply. Even i updated my new Passport through ircc webform in oct-2021 and rather receiving acknowledgement i received their generic afghan crisis reply.

You need to check your specific PNP for it's requirements - if it says "employer specific" or you received a "employer specific / closed" work permit - then you cannot change employers or go to OWP. BOWP is only for streams with no restrictions, generally spousal or CEC/FSW.

the problem is I lose my job (the one I applied to my pnp-PR), I received the AOR but I still need to wait until I receive the answer from ircc, any suggestions?
