This morning I entered my profile and I had Medical passed with yesterday's date. This afternoon I logged in again and it went back to "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes."
BTW no emails notifying these changes.
Is this jitter normal?

You don't get any notification for AR, only AoR which will note the date the application was received by IRCC.

I got MP yesterday without MR. You did the old medical before or you did UM? I think they will pull out the info of the previous application and add it to the application if you had done the medical before. They need time I think

In response to additional document request under non express entry PNP application i have submitted two Police Clearance Certificates. One for main applicant and other for spouse, unfortunately i have uploaded both correct documents in alternative uploading fields, e.g. Spouse PCC uploaded on Main applicant's uploading field and Main applicant PCC uploaded on spouse's uploading field. Both documents are in PDF format and required by VO.

Does sequence on uploading in correct field matters or once VO download both documents pwill understand the issue.
