I remember if you are in Canada, you don't need to pay 5 dollars. Cause I have also applied GCMS notes from inland without charging.

there are two options but for people who are on WP have to choose $5 option

Do you have employer restrictions on your nomination certificate? If no then you are eligible for BOWP ( open work permit) . For that you don’t need any LMIA , you just need to attach your AOR email copy with work permit.

So you are eligible for BOWP . You have to apply online . Make sure you attach your AOR email copy with this work permit application as it’s really important documents for BOWP.
