Did you ever done biometrics in last 10 years? If yes you will not get biometrics request.

Police clearance record? I did that, but some agent indicated that Canada record is not necessary

Mostly they don't ask for Canadian PCC, but in one of my frnd's case they asked for it. So better if you have it before they ask.

Its going to be 9 months for me still no update ( OINP Outland ) , Outland files are not sure processing is going on or not .
