I'm in the same situation. You should apply for extension of closed work permit. I just don't know how/where to do it online...

Oh wow it is very confusing. I am searching for answers and very confused. Please let me know if you find anything
I was able to get through the questions and create an online application to extend my closed work permit.
Log in to you profile, at the bottom where it says apply to come to Canada or smth similar, answer the questions as follows:

What would you like to do in Canada?
Work
How long are you planning to stay in Canada?
Temporarily - more than 6 months
...
What is your current immigration status in Canada?
Worker
...
Have you been told by an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office that you are approved in principle for permanent residence in Canada?
Yes
Have you submitted a permanent resident application in Canada?
Yes
Do you have a written job offer?
Yes
...
Which option best describes your work situation?
I'm a provincial nominee certificate holder
...
(I've omitted questions with personal info and stuff that might not be relevant to your situation)

Once you're done with questionnaire, you'll see a regular work permit application in your profile and have 60 days to complete it.
Required documents will be: all 3 for PNP you've received from your province (work permit, support letter, confirmation of nomination), passport, digital photo, IMM5710e, offer of employment. LOE is optional.
