PNP Paper Based PR Application - VO is Transferred to Etobicoke in 2021

I got ECAS changes, but nothing after that Hhh. Anyway I think everyone was transferred to Etobicoke will need ADR. Waiting for it…

I received the request of additional documents today.
This is with reference to your application for a permanent resident visa under the Provincial Nominee Class. In order to continue the assessment of your application, the following documents/information are required:
- Updated IMM5669 forms (Schedule A Background / Declaration). (Each family member over the age of 18 are required to complete their own copy of this form.
- Proof of employment, income and funds (T-4 statements for the past two years; Employer’s letter confirming employment).
Please note that all documents/information requested must be legible and must be in either English or French. Any document(s) not in English or French must be accompanied by a certified translation. The requested documents/information must be received within 30 days from the date of this correspondence. Please send the above documents/information to our office via e-mail at: Etobicoke-CIC-APR@cic.gc.ca.
On the subject line, please type: PNP - NAME - UCI: XXX - Request Lttr. Please note that attachments should not be larger than 5 MB.
