PNP Paper Based PR Application - VO is Transferred to Etobicoke in 2021

It is through email. One more friend who was transferred to Etobicoke got ADR.
IMM5669 form, employment letter and latest 3pcs paystubs.

I got same ADRs too on May 27th. Updated IMM5669, paystub and/or employment letter and payment of processing/right of permanent residency fee.

I sent via e-mail as their instructions suggested but immediately received following automated reply:

Yes, we filled everything on computer, printed, signed by hand, scanned and then sent it.

My two friends proceed application with an agent. They don’t know that on detail. I try to prepare mine. Hope to get ADR this or next week.

Yes, it is nice there are some activities from Etobicoke. Nothing from Winnipeg office for my friends who are transferred.

Strange. It was the time when your ECAS switched back to In Process. ECAS is later than Gnote one day. It looks to be cancelled to proceed file by AR date order.

This applicant who was transferred to Etobicoke on Apr/2nd and whose AR was May/25 got ADR on June/1st.
