If they were to buy coke they would proccess it faster
but i have seen that when u go to a lawyer and send them a letter informing that you are gonna request the act of amendamentum and take the officerse to the federal court to explain what they have done all the time they take to proccess the file, as soon as they see that letter coming
boom ur file is proccessed in 2 weeks

Im not familiar with cases like this, but i would suggest to do as asked
So send the passport for stamping, no matter what u can still explain that u have done As asked always by ircc
Thats the best way in my opinion

Yes you can send it for stamping, I assume since it's PPR , then ur dependants are Outland, the issue that they can not land in Canada before u receive ur ECOPR.

Sorry U already mentioned that ur dependant is Outland, I didn't notice, u can send their PP for stamping as long as u received the PPR for her/him.

The eligibility assessments, the medical verifications, and security have not started. Criminality verifications have passed. The delay on the file was the transfer to the Etobicoke visa office

Hmm.. etobicoke is very slow probably the slowest. My brother is Outland and his application is processing here in Canada owing to workload distribution since Jan 2022. Just one adr in March and absolute silence since then.

There is nothing by now. It's unusual eh? Do you have other countries traveling history? I had many in the U.S and Australia and NEw zealand though.
The GCMS note shows everything not started yet. What's yours?
