At present it takes 45-60 days after the package was Received by Central Intake Office.

Hi, I also applied via paper base PNP.
Here is my timeline:
July 15, 2016 - PR application received
October 26, 2016 - Starting of processing the application by IRCC
March 25, 2017 - Medical Exam
April, 2017 - Medical results received
Im still waiting. Do you have any new info?
