Because they are giving priority to inland applicants and candidates from 2019 first. As inland applicants have more importantance their work permits are expiring soon. Where outland applicants have nothing to lose accept time. Thanks
when our processing time starts ? from AR or from AOR ?

Anyone applied for the nomination extension during the AOR waiting period? Nomination might have expired during the waiting period. What if IRCC return the application because of some objections?

They stated on their site. that they will NOT return or reject incomplete applications. You don't neet to do anything with your nomination if your AR is when it was valid. Just read their website, it has answers to 95% of your questions.
