PNP Paper based application AOR May/June/July/Aug-2019

Paper based applicant (inland). AR July and AOR Aug 2019.
I called IRCC today and said that they only started criminality (no MR, eligibility and security have not started). It seems too slow for me. I have not submitted PCC from my country yet. Do you think this slows down my criminality check

AR:july 19
AOR: august 15
biometrics:august 8
MR:not yet
PAL: january 9
PNP-outland
 
I am from draw 55 and waiting for MR.. I just wanna know if someone here from draw 54, where his/her application has been reached......!!!!

I hv 1 question plz rply me..i m very confused .
Anyone in this group who has an aor in August has get medical request or not because I am an August applicant and I have found out that all those who were put file in November-December have received a medical request.
