Pnp package received by Cic but no recipient signature

Hi friends,

My pnp package was received by cic today. I sent by canadapost xpress courier. I asked canadapost to take signature from anyone who would receive the package. However, they didn't take any signature and are saying that the package is delivered. Is this okay? Does Cic always give signature when they receive the package? Pls help
