PNP Outland PR Process

Just a query. Is it like that Outland PNP application is taking much time to process than FSW or anyother outland program?

Hi there, I received my provincial nomination on 31st january 2018. On April 4th submitted my PR application, Medicals passed on April 12, ADR on April 14, Back ground verification started on june1 ....... and no update till date is this normal?????????
