How come you don't know if you passed eligibility despite having called IRCC? Anyway, yes, if your eligibility is passed that means an officer and/or an agent have reviewed your work letters and docs and an officer marked your eligibility as conclusively passed. IRCC don't necessarily call your employers to review/verify your work letters.

How come you don't know if you passed eligibility despite having called IRCC? Anyway, yes, if your eligibility is passed that means an officer and/or an agent have reviewed your work letters and docs and an officer marked your eligibility as conclusively passed. I'm aware that I passed eligibility but exactly don't know what gets checked in that stage.
Could you also pls tell me what happens in security and criminality part?

Medicals done: Dec 2020
Declined ITA Dec 2020

AOR : AUGUST 15
No medicals done again as Medicals can't done again if valid.
Dec 14: Medicals passed
Jan 1: Medicals status changed again and says You dont need medicals will send update If required
Biometrics Update: 31st Dec
Since then No update Nothing.
Raised webform for Medicals tecnical error. Still nothing.
Tried calling them on numerous occassions, still no luck. I am not sure what should I do now.. please suggest.

This is not technical error they will definitely send you remedical request try to call them daily I know it's difficult but there is no other option also ask them stages that which stages u passed like eligibility n all

You can order gcms notes too but calling gives you current status

Also look daily into gc key for ghost updates

First GU: 26 Jan 2022
Second GU: 17 Feb 2022
PPR: 18 Feb 2022

Just confused on couple of sections on that consent form.. indirect submission/ applicant supported by cvac staff.. and there is one on biometrics consent. Not sure what those mean. Any idea which one we need to fill ?

I wrote Not Applicable or N/A on indirect submission page (top center of the page).
In the biometrics consent, select yes and fill your details along with signature (even though you had already gave biometrics).

Your COR and PNP nominating province?
My suggestion would be to get a re-med and upload it via webform. This will force a VO to look at your file. The most you stand to lose is INR 5K/6K ($85-100) if they fail to link medical to your account.
But this depends on your COR and PNP province too. It seems OINP are processed faster than others.
