My BIL (from a previous application) was updated today but no update on my medicals which I did upfront and submitted with my application. Any idea why or when the medicals get viewed and updated? So anxious now.....

Depends on what IRCC is prioritizing currently and also varies from case to case. As per the new mandate letter issued to the minister of Immigration, Sean Fraser, they wanted to bring back the cases to a normal processing time, which is 6 months from R10 is complete. If that is on track, you should be getting your PPR sometime during May - June of 2022.

It is usually around the day when your MEP or the day the BIL is issued. You will get this information from your GCMS notes.

My concern is still medicals says awaiting result. Is it normal ? Because almost everyone in here gets BIL and Medicals on the same day

Can some tell me what should I do ? Or anyone who passed medicals after BIL ?
