Yesterday I received a new request from IRCC for updated POF and PCC for myself and my spouse.

PNP Ontario - Outland
AOR - August 17th, 2021
Dec 14th - Biometrics Request Letter
Dec 21st - Biometrics complete
Jan 18th - Review of medical results - you passed the medical exam
April 14th - Request for new PCC & POF

What is your COR and did your PCC had a validity because mine doesn't have any

Can anyone advise as to how long does it take for criminality to be passed if security is completed? Currently criminality is not yet started

there is probably a lot of people like that - each case is different. Be patient, any application that will finalized within one year will be considered as a good result

Status change to

• We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Earlier it was " Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check ( Was there since March 1st when my Eligibility was passed )

What do you guys think about it ? how much more time ?

COR : USA moved to Canada on WP in Nov
Currently in BC on WP- They did not have info that I moved to Canada, had submitted the update via webform in Nov 2021 when I moved however it wasn't updated supposedly. I Updated address over the phone, he said it should not make any difference for now, but if I send a webform again it will help at later stages.
GU : Medicals Passed : Nov 16th 2021
GU : Mar 1st - Eligibility passed
GU : May 10 - BG in progress
PR confirmation Email - May 10th !!!!
Visa Office : Etobicoke

Mine is exactly the same status. Criminality not yet started and last update was 13th April that security was passed

Hello Everyone,

Any help over this is very much appreciated.

I have received the additional documents required Email for Updated POF on 14th April. Submitted same on 17th April. Since then there was no update over my Profile. On 9th May I have received an Information Letter from Montreal Immigration Office stating they need my Passport to be submitted to the VFS global for the COPR issuance as "The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. " as stated in Email. Now here are few things which are creating so much of confusion.

Q1: As like everyone my profile didn't have any updates regarding eligibility, Criminality or any change it still says same, "We are processing and will send a message if we need more information" I am not sure it is fine to receive PPR email without getting any thing passed except Medicals?

Q2: When I have received BIL request I have received separate requests for me and my dependent, but I have received PPR request only for myself?
Should I raise a webform seeking answers why there is no Information letter for my dependent as VFS global confirmed that they need separate letters in order to process my dependents for the VISA stamps.

BIL completed : 31st December 2021
Medicals Passed: 14th April (Remedicals done upfront on 12th March 2022 as previous expired )
Other than above nothing passed over IRCC account.

Bro, that's your PR approved!! Congrats.

It seems that IRCC has not been updating visa applicant's web portal. Most times you get to know the true state of your application via GCMS notes, other times you get the information from calling immigration. But for a long time nothing has been happening on the portal.
