Have you heard of any July applicant got PPR from Singapore VO. I'm 5th July applicant and my file is in Singapore VO. Im now at NA2 since last 17 August.
My file in LVO since Sept 11.. send them 4 mails to get the same reply all times... in NA2 since 3 month... this is what I mentioned earlier too that there should be atleast an update process so the applicants are not put in dark... similar to what you see in GCMS notes...
Somebody was talking about immigration quota n stuff not sure if all this delay is due to the same. May be VOs are super busy but not maintaining timelines especially even after approving file does create doubts as is this done on purpose, is there any instruction to not release before a particular time period.
With quotas to be declared soon hope things move faster. Quebec has already come out with 2018 immigration plan today.

July just started. May be u will see some update soon less than 2-3 weeks. Stay positive.

received my notes last night but not of much help. my A11.2 was completed by CIO on 7/9/2017 and says appears met and the file was transferred same day to Ottawa stating review required.(my step son medical issue). However my notes generated on 28/9 has no information on what ottawa did, i guess as they did not touch it till then. But the file was transferred to NDVO in the period 28/9 to 25/10.
Even i have the recalculation of CRS point from 1002 to 952. Not sure what it means and i have no patience to even bother myself for it now.
All i want to know is what comments ottawa put and what is NDVO doing now about my file. Odering notes again. crossed 7 months already.

Did you check with cpc Ottawa if your file has moved to lvo or not.
Currently Aug files are being moved to local v.os. what stream are you?
if you are curious to know what is happening with the file, you order gcms notes, which will come in a around a month time.
So you have some info at what stage your file is.
There are still files waiting ppr from march onwards. so you wil have to wait but also depends on your VO. What is your VO?
