Hi Pistache, how long did it take to get medical passed? My application has been with "your action is required" and "if a medical exam is required, a message with instructions will be sent to you" for more than a week. Getting me frustrated, not sure how long should I wait.... many thanks.

Is it mandatory to attach the nomination certificate and schedule 4 to LOE? I did not do it as I thought accepting this nomination at EE profile made that obvious. Application through EE is an electronic one and it is not needed any IMM form to be attached, isn't it?
Please advise me if I should raise any CSE for this matter.

Guys, my medical cleared on July 28th and same day after some 15 hours, my Back ground check has changed to "Not Applicable"

Am I in NA2 phase now? When the medical was cleared, my back ground check status was in progress? Will it happen this quick?

how do you know what step you are in? i had my medicals passed last week and they asked me for Schedule A of my partner. but nothing changed a part medicals... are they doing background chech allready or ? what do you think?

My medical passed last week i cheked today and i saw change in BG from IP1 to NA

Why Schedule 4??? This kind of form are only need when they ask for it. nomination certificate on LOE is more than enough.

Nothing is requested explicitly not even the nomination.

I got the info from ready reference thread.

If they want them they will ask for them.

I only provided them beforehand because I know they might ask for them.

No need to worry.
