BGC included criminality, which usually happens early in the processing and security screening, which is usually the last stage. This is why the BGC status in your MyCIC account changes twice, to in progress, then to N/A, and then again to in progress.

To be sure if your eligibility is passed, you should refer to your GCMS notes to call IRCC to find.

Maybe your application will get finalized before your marriage, And in that case you will have to sponsor your wife later, I dont think intention of marriage will dleay the processing of the application, in case yiu gpt married before your application finalized you canadd your spouse and for sure the appilcation will be delayed for sometime to add your spouse in it.

After marriage. so that she can have your name under Husband's Name in her passport, which can be helpful as a relationship proof.
