No, but you should avoid unnecessary calls

What is meant by Ghost Update?

Ghost updates are of 2 types, one which comes along with a notification and the other without it. In the case of former, you will get mail notification but no change in profile and the later will say that your application is updated when you log in and again no changes to profile.

It's an indication that your profile is being worked upon.

But I am an outland CEC applicant and I have read on different forums that the IRCC are prioritizing inland applications since the travel restrictions are still in place. It is speculation but would make Tutuapp 9Apps Showbox some sense
