You wouldn't believe that (because I still don't) but I actually got PPR yesterday, Dec 17.
Country of origin Kazakhstan. Case details in the signature.

I still didn't get to see my GCMS ordered back in November. But it doesn't really matter now I guess.

Congratulations! Did you recieve PPR email? or just PPR message in your online account.
If you get PPR email then was it from Sydney VO? or from VO close toKazakstan.

I got an email, my EE profile looks the same. I got PPR from email IRCC.CIO-BRCD.IRCC@cic.gc.ca, seems like it's still Sydney VO. No other clues in the email text that could help to identify another VO.

Looks like your application is progressing well. BTW would you like to share what was your AOR about? Did you ordered GCMS notes? That is the best way to understand where your application stands.

Compliments of the season. I got a remedical on the 24tb of last month. My previous med was billed to expire on the 19th of Feb, 2021.

I haven't received an extension or remeds request. I have however booked an appointment for remeds on 17 Feb 2021(this is the earliest available date) just in case I'm requested to do remeds.

If by that date, I haven't been asked for remeds, I'll just go ahead with it. I really don't want to sit around and wait.

Yes, by taking medicals again you get the luxury of your validity extended upto a year. There is every chance that the COPR expiry will get extended till that date. Only disturbing thing is the cost of re-medicals that is spent for no mistake of ours.
