Hey, guys,

I came to Canada for study of master degree many years ago and graduated and started working in last year. I had a 3-month internship placement in a local company since August of 2012, supported by AXIS, before i signed a 12-month contract with this company in Nov,2012.

It seems i am eligible for provincial nominee because i graduated from local university and work under 12-month contract. I will also be eligible for CEC, as category A worker, if i apply after August, 2013 (if internship count as full-time work experience? i work 40 hours a week).

I wonder which way would be better for me, PNP or CEC? It seems PNP takes almost same time as CEC. And, i heard that after u got your RP through PNP, you will have to stay in the province. If you left the province permanently , local IMO can cancel your PR status. Is that true?

I am worry about this because once my 12-month contract terminated, i am not sure if i will still work in this company, i may move and work in other provinces. I wonder if i shall probably wait until August and apply through CEC.

Any suggestions would be appreciated !

Many Thanks !
