Thanks for replying. Unfortunately, no French background. The list is huge with most of the terms that I have to interpret. Before going down the path fully, I was curious if there is even a possibility of getting a PR pursuing the PNP route considering my background.
It depends on if you fulfil the requirements of a provincial stream. That CRS is not too bad for Express Entry-aligned streams. It is a long list but you can sort it with the dropdown menus under each column, e.g. select "No" to studies in Canada, work experience in Canada, etc. if you don't have those, and it will show you a shorter list of streams you can look into further.
In particular, see if your NOC code is in-demand in any provinces.
