Hi,
For a person in a situation as following, what will be the best PR pathway
1. 44 Years old
2. Skilled Tech Worker TEER1 in Greater Toronto
3. 1 year Canadian Experience
4. 15+ Years foreign experience
5. Married
6. CLB10 level IELTS result

With this the CRS score is shy of 435, which is not good. So, does it mean PNP is the only way?

What's the best PNP option here?
Does the employer need to sponsor for PNP application?
Can the PNP application be done as individual?

If you are working in Toronto, look at OINP programs with job offer. Employer needs to support your application and meet requirements.

The company is kind off a large US based company. Do the companies usually support employees for PNP? Can an individual having a job offer apply for PNP?

you would need to speak to the company to find out if they would support your PNP application, some do, some don't. If you have a job offer when applying for PNP there are a number of steps the employer has to do in terms of documentation- like proving advertising requirements,etc...
