PNP open for NOC 2133

Hi all,

Which province is accepting applications at this time for NOC 2133? I live outside Canada and do not have a job offer. Please suggest.

Unfortunately, NOC 2133 is not in the high demand list for Saskatchewan at this time.

NOC 2133 is Electrical and Electronics engineers

i dont tink so, now any field about engineering, its of high demand, after medicals/health, the next is engineering, so pls its of high demand in all pronvince

From what I found, I can only apply for SINP if the occupation is in high demand list. NOC 2133 is not any more in the list, can I still apply and get the approval?

No, you will get rejected since your occupation is not in the demand list.

Is there any other province I can apply at this time? I looked at them all, they either say I need a job offer or I have to be living in that province at this time (Alberta). Am I missing something?
