I want to be a permanent resident through oinp. But i want to do a phd after master. I see they set a requirement that you're not allowed to do further studies in ontario. So what about doing further studies outside Ontario (like quebec, bc for example). Is it possible?

You can pursue a PhD once you've obtained your PR. Just not during the application process.

Basically you need to become a PR first. You can start your PHD officially later. We had someone in our lab who was working for his Prof. while he was waiting to get his PR. Once he received it, he officially started the PHD.

Hi I just checked this form, you can click on 'Remove Dependent' to have no column for dependent as you are single. Hope that helps.
