I am not able to get 67 points for express entry.
Can we apply for PR without express entry in PNP stream.
How much time it may take for PR ?
Are there any draws happening for such non express entry applicants ?

Yes you can get PR through non EE streams. Research what programs you are eligible for. There are only a few if you don’t have a job offer. May depend on NOC too.

Who is your close relative who has lived in Manitoba for more than a year? A relative doesn’t guarantee a nomination. See if you have enough Manitoba PNP points for nomination. Read through the requirements.
