Hi, I received Portal 1 on April 19, 2023. After that, Federal Employees went on strike.
I wanted to know if someone received Portal 2 in the past 7 days.

Yes. I received it on Tuesday.

Congrats! I am thinking of putting my file in EE after ITA. Do you think I should do that based on my timeline (signature)? or should I apply for GCMS notes to see my progress on the current file and then decide?

Yes, Please go for GCMS notes, I withdrew my EE profile once I received PAL.

I will apply for the notes. I might have CBSA notes coming my way, because I applied for IRCC and CBSA notes on the same day (Late March) and I only got the IRCC one. Also, I have 2 days deadline (they extended till May 9) for them to give me my old medical records (study permit) that I requested, which was apparently not used. I am still wondering why, because in my notes by IRCC, old medical has M1S1 profile but still they requested for a new one. By looking at your timelines, I feel like I will have some updates in a few weeks and since I also don't have an ITA, I will wait just a week or two before applying for the notes.
