Hello everyone !!

If any one can help me out. Here is my situation I have CRS score on 468 NOC code 33100(Dental Assistant). Last 2 draws of OINP Human Capital Priorities draw: health occupations,
they are issuing out invitation to anyone who has CRS score of 380-430, So i have higher score that is why l i am not getting invited and this is only stream i think i am eligible for because my employer will not fill out form for for other stream and express entry draws for health care does not include NOC 33100.
Can anyone provide any Suggestion , My work permit is expiring in few months so any guidance is very helpful .

What is your highest education? What about finding another job with employer willing to give you a job offer? If an option, what is your OINP score?

So no options are quick:
- Express Entry: Change NOC is dentist to get health care draw.
- OINP job offer: Find new employer willing to support your nomination
- Learn French to increase EE
- Look at other provinces where nomination is possible. Most likely need a job offer.
- Get a LMIA to apply for a closed work permit.
