We are currently in Canada on a 3 year TWP under PNP nomination. We applied for PR a few months ago but have just had the application returned because of an error we made on the paperwork. Our PNP nomination has just expired so we would need to get this renewed before we apply again.
However my daughter has now decided to return to the UK for university in September and to be honest, I really can't see myself wanting to stay here with both my kids in the UK (the other is about to graduate and was too old to put on our PR application). Our new plan is to stay for another 18-24 months and see as much of North America as we can to really make the most of our time here and then head back to the UK. So, what I wondered was, would there be an issue with our TWP if we decided not to reapply for PR and just stay until the end of our visa?
Thanks for any advice you can offer
