PNP nomination 2017

Hello Everyone,

I am a newbie from Bangladesh in this forum. I have got my MPNP "Nomination Letter" in Feb 7th, 2017 via email.

It will be a great help if you can help me on the below queries:

1. I have got my nomination mail in 7th Feb, 2017 but my IELTS validity has been expired in 1st Nov, 2016. Do I have to take IELTS again to submit with my Paper based federal application ?

2. Can I pay my application fee using a Canadian Credit Card? In the Fee Payment Form IMM5620E, Section B there is a Option for Cardholders Signature. How can I manage the Signature if the Card Holder resides in Canada ?

3. There is a "Online Payment" option in CIC website, can I use that for paying the application fee. Even If I can, the fee will be paid before i submit my application, do I need to include the "Fee Payment Form" ??

I think you can pay online. If you pay online, you can include the receipt.

Yes you have to take the IELTS exam again when proceed to IRC
I wouldn't recommend you use other people's credit card, since it's such a hassle to get the cardholder's signature and I think CIC may ask for proof it is really your friend's card and signature, hence results in processing delay.
You can use your own credit card from other countries, VISA or Mastercard.

You can pay using your relative in Manitoba and person that pays will sign too. and lastly it is also very much easy to pay using demand draft via standard chartered bank, extremely easy.

Can you tell me please how did you submit I created an account on the Saskatchewan.ca but i need some help to complete
