My wife NOC is 1221 maybe (Administrative Assistant), Offcourse she will. Will your wife also be working once in NB? What's her NOC?
From what the officers at the info session said, Fredericton, Moncton and St. John are the 3 main ares in New Brunswick to try our luck in terms of jobs.
NB is now apparently known as the IT capital of Canada, so we are hoping that we will be able to get jobs there within a short period of landing there. Our aim - should we get nomination - is to either settle in Fredericton or Moncton in the beginning, and then perhaps move slightly outside the main city centers.
Some people have been lucky to get job offers while outside Canada, but I think for the majority of us, it's a "wait-pray-hope-apply for jobs-wait some more" cycle
@NzKhn , I think in my case I expect to receive an ADR because my IELTS expires last 25June2018 & my wife IELTS will expire this 30July2018. But our IELTS results are ready just waiting for the request. If you receive ADR request, that delays your processing time, so if you do get ADR request just send the additional documents as quick as you can.
if you DONT receive ADR request, then lucky you!! And hopefully you will get nomination within the 2 months
Yes, getting to the point of just submitting the full application was an exercise in patience, running around gathering all required documents, pleading for information required (mainly work reference letters), making sure our funds were in order (bank statements and the LICO amount), and all the time racing against the clock to ensure the application was submitted before the 45 daysMy main goal is now to only get the nomination, once got that I will be the happiest man in the world.
We had to go through so many hurdles in all the way up here. Hope God help us to get the nomination.
Why not contact your Immigration officer who is handling your case regarding this? They can guide you and let you know if you need to wait to resubmit the results or if you can do so straight away.@NzKhn , I think in my case I expect to receive an ADR because my IELTS expires last 25June2018 & my wife IELTS will expire this 30July2018. Not sure about the count but in other threads their AOR are something like 171xxx so i only guessed the first 2 digits are the year then the next 4 digits are the no. of applications they receive or maybe ITA they give. Anyway, what matters is we all get nomination. Being patient is hard.Eh, my AOR # is PNP 1805xx
Probably because it was just one document? At least you don't have to pay DHL fees again and wait for it to reach NBGuys!!
I got an email just a few hours back from NBPNP office. The officer who is working on my application sent me that email and asking a missing document by mail. it was Consent & Declaration form for my wife that I had forgotten to send. Now I have sent that document and I am really amazed that they ask me to send by mail.
