I doubt it is the actual medical report. He most probably uploaded the eForm that is given when you go for the medical exam

''This letter refers to your application to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for one of the
following documents to come to or remain in Canada:
• temporary resident permit;
• work permit;
• study permit;
• temporary resident visa;

• permanent resident application; or
• permanent resident card renewal.
Under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and its Regulations, you are required to have your

This is actually a Biometric instruction letter with details of applicants and dependents.
They ask you to go to your country VFS centre and give your biometric within the next 30 days. Print this letter along with original passport are needed in order to complete this procedure.
@SRayhan87 did you submit the NB nomination certificate and Schedule 4 form with your CIC application?
And you did not get any request from CIC to submit these yet?
I'm asking because I am wondering about the timeline for this - as far as I know the nomination certificate and the Schedule 4 form needs to be uploaded during the review process
Not yet.
They did not ask for it till now. I was also wondering why there was no option for PNP certificate!!!!!
Maybe they will ask or maybe not....waiting for their response
