PNP - need advice

Hi ,
I am trying for PNP from India. My NOC is 2147. My CRS is 389 , I am electronics and communication engineer. My sister lives in Ontario , so have already taken 15 points.
need your suggestion what to do to maximize my chances for federal PR or any PNP nomination.

To be selected for FSW, you would need to increase your score to the 470+ range.

For Ontario you really need 460+.

You'll need to look at other provinces.

Your score is too low for OINP or Express Entry so to increase you need to improve IELTS, learn French to B2 level, or complete a masters/PG program.

Thanks guys for your advice! How about pnp program ? I am not just sure how much in demand my noc code is - 2147 electronics and communication engineer. I am working with Erricson in India. Any lead or help is greatly appreciated
