Pnp medical given with pregnant wife but ecas still not updated

I have applied under pnp with my wife here in canada as my wife is pregnant we got medical request in February we did in march as she didn't do her X-ray but they have send my medical results my question is my e-cas status still says application received do you have any idea abt it I am little concerned
And I want to apply for bowp can you help me

I don't think your application status will change to medical received until your wife completes the x-ray after your child is born. The medical isn't complete without the x-ray.
