i'll suggest you to get in touch with the governing auhtority who issued you national identity document and confirm the same from them and to be on safe side get it in written your expiry date.
Also, you can choose "No" for it as you are already giving your details of passport which i guess the most trustable national document globally a one can have.

Thanks for your advices. I've been call to my local Canadian High Commission. But seems like they are too busy and no one answer my call. I've been call them 3 days. Last week i also email them already.
If i still receive any new information form them then i'll use the old version forms. As what you mention just now the old forms still acceptable until next year.
