I think you would be best off hiring an immigration lawyer to assist you if you do not want to do this research yourself. Going through the immigration process yourself and without a lawyer requires a lot of individual research.

You need IELTS and ECA to even submit a profile. Again google - PNP and research each province and read the requirements. No one here is going to do if for you.
