And is there any kind of rule that we have to live in the nominating province for minimum 2 years and then we can move to another province?
There is nothing like that. Its just about the landing.

Is there anything like cancelation of permanent residence if we land at vancouver airport
Because i have read in an article that if you land outside the nominating province, you have to convince the officer that we are going to move to that province later on

Yeah i read that too, just land in the province that nominated you, and don't tell the officer that you gonna move after or wanna live somewhere else and you are fine. Which province nominated you?

I aM new here and I also applied on July 2013 under Ontario PNP. I got ppr request on Tuesday night and they received my passport Today. I have questions regarding landing. Do they provide any kind of instruction letter along with passport with ppr visa regarding landing? As I am in Toronto, do I need to go to any border to land? Is there any other way to land without going to border? I have a baby who is only 2 weeks old and nearest border is 2.5 hrs drive which is Niagra. By the way, can I land at the airport though I am not going to travel abroad? Please share your experience. I will be very grateful to you for your support. Thanks in advance.

You can contact cic customer service and you can fix an appointment at local cic office and you will not have to go to border then.

In case yes, are you 100% sure, that I can move?
There is nothing illegal?
No, this condition was in Quebec back in the years but there is no such condition now.
