Got nominated through PNP amd then got COPR and visa stamping done. After that PNP investigator sent email for some documents , which could not respond in time. After last date to respond to email, replies sent and copr cancelled. Then sent the the replies to investigator and he responded that he is satisfied support the nomination in GC key login, the latest statis is file in process. What will happen now, whether copr will be reinstated. In how much time as we had already booked tickets and schooling of kid actions taken. Please help and inform

This is a very unusual situation.Got nominated through PNP amd then got COPR and visa stamping done. After that PNP investigator sent email for some documents , which could not respond in time. Yes, they should reissue the COPR at some point.

I'm sure this has happened to someone before. But again, this is a very rare situation and I don't think anyone here will be able to tell you for certain how long you may be waiting.Thanks for reply. You can certainly try sending a case specific inquiring if you haven't done that yet to ask about status and ask that they expedite reissuing the COPR. This may or may not help.
You may end up needing to change your flight dates.

Whether submitting crises Web form on irctc with details and request will help?I'm sure this has happened to someone before. The crisis form is for very specific circumstances and IRCC must have directed you to the form in order for you to be allowed to use it. The main example are individuals who are currently stuck in Afghanistan and whose lives are in danger, have been approved to come to Canada, but need support with a key step, such as obtaining a travel document.
I don't think you are stuck in Afghanistan and your life is in danger. I also don't think IRCC has specifically instructed you to use this form. Correct me if I'm wrong.
