If that is the case, that is unfairness.
I really hope there is petition for that anywhere.
Because there are many applicants who are waiting for DM both July and August, and officer just jumped to September to give DM first.
How come calendar goes June, September, July, August to them?
Then September applicants only process for 16 months and July applicants process for 18 - 19 months? It is not first apply, first served!

i agree, it is not first apply first serve. I am december applicant and got dm already , i seriously dont know how that happened.
