I was listening a voicemail machine again just now. They requested a 2nd medical for us.
We did medical upfront. This is our timeline:
SINP, inland, 1 dependant;
Medical upfront on June 16, 2017;
Application received- 8 August 2017;
AOR - 21 September 2017;
Rprf request - 19 March 2018 (paid the next day).

It makes sense. It took so long that your medical expired. However they always send requests on gckey account for medical exams

Yes, I’m so glad! It’s mean they are working on our file cause we haven’t heard nothing from CIC from march 2018. Hope they will send a letter at the beginning of next week. We will be in touch with our lawyer. Friends of our friend got 2nd medical as well and CIC
processed it very fast. After their medical done they got ppr after 1 month approximately. I’m so excited! Finally, something going on!

thanks a lot @smansuri97 i will try to talk to an expert tomorrow about this. My main worry is that CIC says you need to have 6 months validity on your passport before they can give you the pr stamp(visa)
