I think it takes around 2 weeks. You should see previous thread for "Passport to CPC-October 2018" And I suggest one of you (who got PPR) should create a new thread for November and everybody can put their info there.

Just spoke with my immigration consultant. He said at least 10 business days. Plus add another 2/3 days delays due to Canada Post Stike.
