PNP Inland Paper based June-July-August 2017 applicants

It seems there is no set pattern as to how CIC issues PPR. My friends who applied April and May 2017 are still waiting on PPR - they are AINP.
 
I called cic today and they told everything is complete.
Background, eligibility, medical, criminality passed. I got ghost update yesterday.
When will i get ppr!?

From my understanding, after background checks are done, officer needs to do a final review, it could take days, weeks or even 1-2 months. You could order GMCS notes to know detailed updates
