i am not sure mine because i don't have access to gc account and i don't have extra line in ecas. my friend applied same day he got extra line in today morning.

I got my ghost update in ecas, so no emails or mycic

Well, I think ghost update people referring to is on MyCiC I guess? Not ECAS.
