PNP Inland Paper based June-July-August 2017 applicants

August applicants was supposed to pass the eligibility in March or early April. Anyone received the first ghost or pre arrival Letter means passed and then a ghost update recently means security check done. What’s for next I guess is final review? But may and June applicants got decision made or ppr right after ghost update, it seems like a final review only takes a few business days at most.My account doesn't give the updates
I got the pre arrival letter in March, but I'm 99% sure it was Feb when the elegibilty passed. On my notes I saw that in March they said that the medical is next but got the MR in June

aug 11 applicant, shows profile updated and again went back to submitted
